Drop the vehicle at your appointment time and we'll text you when it goes into a bay.

Here's the typical flow:

• Write-up — we confirm the concern and what you booked.
• Inspection — a courtesy multi-point check, with photos of anything we flag.
• Estimate — we call or text with the diagnosis and the price before we touch anything.
• The work — with your approval, we get it done and road test it.
• Pickup — we walk you through what we did and what can wait.

If we find something bigger once we're in, we stop and call you. Nothing gets done without your approval.
