If something about a completed job isn't right, the first step is simply to contact us and let us know. We'll take a look and make it right, which often means sending a technician back out at no extra cost.
When a refund is the right outcome, we'll process it back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
